This is an excellent question and we’re quite proud of our answer. To date, we have NEVER failed a client, been unsuccessful with their dog(s), or failed to accomplish all the training goals established in our first session together. In fact, we offer something most trainers don’t: a GUARANTEE that we will be successful in training your dog as long as you are genuinely and actively engaged in each of our sessions and follow our directions completely and consistently.

How much will it cost?

We are proud to offer four different training packages that, collectively, cover the entire spectrum of dog behavior and training needs/goals. Prices range depending on what exactly your dog’s specific needs are and therefore which training package suits them best. What are your hours?

We understand how busy life can be, especially when dealing with an untrained dog and trying your best to make time each week for training sessions, which is why we do our absolute best to maintain as much flexibility as possible so we can make ourselves available to you at whatever time you may need. And it doesn’t have to be the same time every week either. Early morning one week but need an evening session the next? No problem. We’ll be there whenever is convenient for you and works best for YOUR schedule.

My dog has aggression issues. Can you REALLY fix it?

Few dogs truly want to behave in an aggressive manner. Anger and rage is always a secondary emotion to fear. We take the time and care to get to the root of that fear and from there we are able to build an extremely strong foundation for our path forward. When you approach the aggression/reactivity from that perspective, your probability of success (and most importantly, longterm success) increases significantly. We have worked with many dogs who came to us with severe aggression/reactivity behavior and to date, we have never encountered a dog we could not help rehabilitate.

What’s your service area?

We are headquartered in Nashville, TN but are proud to service any and all areas within 50 miles. If you fall outside that service area, a small travel fee is all we ask to provide you with service within 65 miles of Nashville. And for our long distance clients, we are very proud to offer our Fido Fundamentals Training Package and our Pongo Advanced Training Package via Zoom! We began providing this service during the pandemic in 2020 and it was so popular that we decided to keep the feature longterm! With this new and innovative service, we’ve worked with clients and dogs all over the country, from the comfort of their couch, with a 100% success rate!

Do I have to bring my dogs to a training facility?

We come directly to you for private in-home classes for every session, so you never have to worry about the stress of loading up your dog(s) and transporting them to and from a training facility every single session and so that they (and YOU!) can absorb all we’ll be teaching you in the comfort and familiar atmosphere of your own home. Should their training require leaving the home for any reason, we will determine the best location to achieve our goals and meet you there!
